The Basics (Pay Attention)

You’ve got 10 days after receiving your order to decide if you screwed up and need to send it back. After that, it’s yours—wear it, burn it, or slap a sticker over it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you got it
  • Still have tags and original packaging
  • Come with proof of purchase (a receipt or order number works)

If you send back gear that’s clearly been through a shift already, don’t expect a refund.


How to Start a Return

Email us at: support@septicandsalty.com before you ship anything. We’ll send you the return label and instructions. If you mail something back without contacting us first, we’re not accepting it.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order shows up defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, let us know immediately so we can actually fix it. Pics help.


What You Can’t Return

  • Custom products (when we start offering them)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? The fastest way: return the wrong one, place a new order, and we’ll process your refund for the first.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm if it’s approved. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit card companies can take a little longer to post it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, email us at support@septicandsalty.com.


EU Customers (Legal Stuff)

If you’re in the European Union, you’ve got a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Same rules apply: item must be unused, tags intact, original packaging, and proof of purchase required.
