🚚 Shipping Policy

At Septic & Salty Supply Co., we believe in getting your sarcastic firefighter gear out the door as fast as possible—but some things (like carriers and the universe) are out of our hands. Here’s how it works:

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders usually ship within 4–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom gear may take longer depending on production. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know.

  • We don’t ship on holidays, during acts of God, or if the firehouse chili takes us all out.

🚛 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method chosen.

  • Delivery estimates are provided by carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) and are not guaranteed.

  • Once it leaves our hands, delays caused by carriers, weather, or chaos are not our fault.

🌎 Domestic & International

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be added later—until then, blame customs.

📬 Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder before sending us an angry message.

❌ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk transfers to you.

  • We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, but we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.

  • If your neighbor is rocking your new shirt, that’s between you and them.

🔄 Address Errors

Double-check your shipping address before ordering. If you type it wrong and the package goes MIA, that’s on you. We’ll reship if it comes back to us—but you’ll cover the extra shipping.
