Welcome to the Circus
These are the rules (the “Terms”). By shopping with Septic & Salty Supply Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to follow them. Don’t like it? Don’t use our Services. Simple.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which keeps the tech working. But your sales, purchases, and questionable decisions? Those are with us, not Shopify.
1. Access & Account
You need to be the age of majority in your area to shop here (sorry, no kids ordering salty shirts with mom’s card). Keep your login secure—you’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.
2. Our Products
We try to show our firefighter shirts, hats, and stickers as accurately as possible, but screens vary. Colors may look a little different in person. We don’t guarantee perfection—just sarcasm printed well. Products can change or be discontinued without notice.
3. Orders
Your order is an “offer to buy.” We can accept, decline, or cancel at our discretion. Once you get an order confirmation and we’ve processed payment, it’s official. Review carefully before submitting—we may not be able to fix panic mistakes.
4. Prices & Billing
Prices may change anytime. Taxes, shipping, and handling aren’t included unless noted. By checking out, you confirm your payment info is legit and that your bank will honor the charge.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We hand orders off to carriers. Once it’s with them, risk passes to you. Delays happen (carriers, weather, world chaos)—we’re not responsible.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site (designs, text, logos, content) belongs to Septic & Salty or our licensors. You can’t reproduce, copy, or misuse it without permission. Try it, and our lawyers will be saltier than we are.
7. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may link to or use tools from other providers. We don’t control them, and we’re not responsible if they break, scam, or annoy you. Use at your own risk.
8. Relationship with Shopify
Shopify powers our store. They’re not responsible for your order, your gear, or your salty attitude. That’s between you and us.
9. Feedback
If you send us ideas, memes, or salty reviews, you’re giving us permission to use them (for free) however we want. By submitting, you confirm you have rights to share it and it’s not someone else’s copyrighted work.
10. Errors & Omissions
Sometimes mistakes happen (typos, pricing errors, wrong product descriptions). We reserve the right to fix or cancel orders if there’s an error.
11. Prohibited Uses
Don’t use our site for anything illegal, abusive, or shady. No viruses, spam, scraping, hacking, or harassing our staff. Break this rule, and we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.
12. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You’ll still owe us any amounts due up to that date.
13. Warranties & Liability
Our gear and site are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee error-free services, and we’re not liable for damages beyond the law’s minimum requirements. If you expect perfection, you’re in the wrong firehouse.
14. Indemnification
If your misuse of our Services gets us into legal trouble, you agree to cover our costs, including attorneys’ fees.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Septic & Salty Supply Co. is headquartered. Disputes will be handled there.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Check this page occasionally. Your continued use = your agreement.
